Your content
Your content remains yours.
You retain rights in the content you submit. Talden receives only the limited rights described in the Terms of Service to process, store, and transmit that content as necessary to provide and improve the service.
You are responsible for confirming that you have the right to submit the content and that using Talden is appropriate under applicable professional, contractual, privacy, confidentiality, and client obligations.
Data use
How matter content is used.
Talden uses matter content to provide the workflow you request, maintain the service’s security and reliability, support the account, and perform the other uses described in the Privacy Policy. Talden does not sell personal information.
Talden does not use your content to train third-party consumer AI models unless Talden has told you otherwise and obtained any consent required by law.
AI limitations
AI-generated work is reviewable. It is not guaranteed.
AI-generated work can contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or incorrect citations. Talden surfaces sources, assumptions, and open issues so the work can be inspected, and a qualified legal professional must review and verify every output before it is used in a legal matter, filing, negotiation, or client communication.
