Why I built Talden.
I built Talden around the support I wanted in my own transactional and regulatory practice. The agreement was rarely the whole assignment. There were facts to establish, rules to examine, positions to choose, and people waiting for advice.
The experience behind Talden
Billy Dentino founded Talden after a legal career in corporate, transactional, tax and regulatory work. He practised corporate and M&A law at White & Case, led global M&A work at eBay, and clerked on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He holds a tax LL.M. from NYU and a law degree from USC.
