1. Essential technologies
Talden uses cookies or equivalent local storage for sign-in, security, device verification, preferences and a feature you request. The current designed durations are seven days for the session, 30 days for a remembered device, seven days for ordinary preferences, and one year for the personalization preference. A remembered-device record is not a guarantee that every session remains valid for 30 days. You can sign out everywhere through account controls. Blocking essential storage may prevent authentication or a requested feature. Browser removal does not delete server-side matter data or revoke a provider-side connection.
2. Optional website technologies
Optional marketing-site technologies, when enabled following the required choice, may include Google Tag Manager as a tag-delivery mechanism, Google Analytics 4 for website measurement, Google Ads and LinkedIn for advertising measurement or audiences, and approved public-page analytics. Their processing can include device or browser information, IP information, referral or page activity and cookie identifiers, not matter prompts or documents supplied for advertising. No advertising tags or content-capturing session replay are permitted inside authenticated matter workspaces. A URL, query string or error message must not transmit client information to a marketing vendor.
At launch, nonessential marketing tags remain disabled unless Talden has implemented and tested the relevant choice interface. When optional tags are offered, the panel identifies provider, purpose and configured duration before activation: To be confirmed. The Help support widget loads only when you select Help; the support notice identifies any storage necessary for that requested interaction. Do not paste privileged material into ordinary support chat unless a protected support-access process has been approved.
3. Choice and withdrawal
Where consent is required, optional technologies do not operate before consent. Choose Accept optional, Reject optional or Manage choices without a preselected optional category. Rejection does not prevent ordinary use of the Service. The Privacy choices link remains available to change or withdraw a choice. We honor applicable opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control where legally required, and propagate the choice to affected tags and server-side destinations. Withdrawal stops future optional collection but does not itself delete every record previously lawfully processed; applicable rights requests remain available.
This notice is not a contractual license to client content and is not a statement that every analytics technology qualifies for a statutory consent exception. Talden will disable a technology whose lawful configuration and disclosure cannot be established.
