Talden Inc. develops the Talden Gen 2 legal-work Service. This disclosure describes data used by Talden in development, testing, validation and any fine-tuning of the release identified below. For this disclosure, training includes testing and validation within the meaning of California Civil Code sections 3110 and 3111; it is not limited to changing model weights. Talden does not use ordinary Customer Content to train shared models. This disclosure does not grant permission to use future customer information for development.
Release covered: To be confirmed. Third-party foundation models are identified in the Subprocessor Register. Their independent development datasets are not described as Talden-owned or Talden-created data. To be confirmed.
